Meet our Team of Professionals

Amanda Hamilton

Pharmacist in Charge

Amanda Hamilton is Custom Compounding Pharmacy’s Pharmacist in Charge who has a huge soft spot in her heart for animals. She chose to attend South University to become a Doctor of Pharmacy because she knew a lucrative career was a must to fund her animal “addiction” and provide them with the best life possible. She worked at Walgreens from 2008-2021 and transitioned from a Pharmacy Technician to a Pharmacist while there. She remained in retail pharmacy until 2024 when she joined CCP. Amanda has enjoyed the challenge of learning about the veterinary field and broadening her knowledge, while also helping animals every single day by providing them with the medication they need. Her and her husband, Andrew, spend most of their free time caring for their dogs, chickens, and goats but she also enjoys relaxing with a good book.
Ryan Collins

Ryan Collins

President

Ryan grew up in Fort Worth, TX where he attended Tarrant County College for his undergraduate studies, before transferring to the Texas Tech School of Pharmacy where he graduated in 2013. Ryan decided the pharmaceutical industry is what he wanted to pursue after working in a large mail-order pharmacy out of high school because he enjoyed the mix of healthcare experience and knowledge that came with the industry. Once he decided on a career path, Ryan worked in a CVS Pharmacy throughout his undergraduate studies which exposed him to many different situations as a pharmacy technician. Once done with school he worked at Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital for 6 years where he began as a staff pharmacist and later was the lead pharmacist. As the lead pharmacist he oversaw surgeries and controlled drugs, while also preventing drug diversion and meeting DEA requirements. Ryan enjoys rock climbing, snowboarding, woodworking, and gardening with his wife Misty and daughter Piper.

Jordan Baker

Pharmacist

Jordan Baker is a registered pharmacist who grew up in Azle, TX who later attended Tarleton State University and Texas A&M for pharmacy school. At a young age he volunteered at Cook’s with his Grandfather, who worked there, and that sparked his interest in pharmacy. Throughout college he worked in the service industry and upon graduation from TAMU he went into a retail pharmacy. Jordan has a wife and two young children which prompted him to want to find a workplace that had better hours so he could spend more time with his family, and that’s what led him to Custom Compounding Pharmacy. The free time he does have is spent hunting and woodworking.

Jill Piggott

General Manager

Jill grew up in Brazoria, TX, where she grew up riding and showing cutting horses with her parents. Cutting horses led her to her husband, Tony, as he was a cutting horse trainer, and together they have a daughter named Kelty. Jill’s background in the equine industry led her to begin working at BVEH-Navasota as a veterinary technician after completing her Bachelor of Animal Science at Sam Houston University in 2000. After this, she transitioned to Signature Equine Hospital under Dr. Charlie Buchanan where she was in a management position there for several years before moving to CCP in 2019. Her extensive background and knowledge in the equine and veterinary industries, as well as in management, are pivotal to the operations of CCP. In her off-time, she and Tony raise cattle and watch Kelty participate in many sports and school activities, as well as being active in their community of Lipan, TX.
Ashley Beamer

Ashley Beamer

Marketing Specialist, Lead Pharmacy Technician

Ashley grew up in Texas and has been showing cutting horses since she was 6 years old, and her family owns/operates Beamer Performance Horses which specializes in cutting/cowhorse training, so horses have been her passion for her whole life. Because of this, she chose to complete her undergraduate studies at Angelo State University (ASU), where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness in 2019. During her time at ASU, she was on the Dean’s list, a recipient of the Carr Scholarship, a member of Block and Bridle, as well as continuing to show cutting horses. She also obtained her Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Abilene Christian University in December of 2022. Shortly after that, she became a licensed pharmacy technician in the state of Texas. Ashley always knew horses were her biggest passion and that her career would have to include them, so when the opportunity at CCP opened up she had no hesitation in taking it. She spends all of her spare time riding and showing her horse, Houdini, as well as spending time with family and friends.

Justin McDaniel

Certified Compounded Sterile Preparation Technician

Justin is a Weatherford, TX native who attended Weatherford College where he became a CPhT. After this, he worked in retail for about a year before he began working in a compounding pharmacy. Justin is also a certified sterile technician and that is primarily what he does here at CCP, although he still helps out with non-sterile compounding when time allows. The pharmaceutical field was something he just fell into and hasn’t looked back since; he has tons of experience in compounding and he’s a huge asset to our team! When he’s not at work Justin spends a lot of time with his wife, Sarah, and their son, Deacon, as well as golfing and gaming.

John Bradberry

Certified Compounded Sterile Preparation Technician

A Fort Worth native, John became a Pharmacy Technician after he married his wife, Lindsie, in order to have a solid career to provide for his family. They now have 4 children so although they don’t have much time for hobbies, John still plays fantasy football and spends a lot of time outdoors caring for their chickens, playing disc golf, and gardening. John is a well-rounded Pharmacy Technician with 11 years experience; over 7 spent in a hospital, 2.5 in retail, and a year of compounding before joining CCP. John is also a Sterile Pharmacy Technician so he is responsible for both non-sterile and sterile compounding.

Ashlan Ware

Certified Pharmacy Technician

Ashlan is from Fort Worth and has been riding horses for over 10 years and worked as a veterinary technician, as well as a colt starter, for several years before having her daughter, CeCe. She graduated from TSU in 2022 with an Animal Science degree, specializing in equine studies. Once she became a mother she wanted to find a career within the veterinary medicine field but that had a better schedule in order to provide and care for CeCe and CCP was the perfect fit for that. She completed her Pharmacy Technician certification in 2024. Ashlan still has horses and reads, when she has the time to do so.

Autumn Rohlk

Certified Pharmacy Technician

Autumn grew up on a farm in Iowa and received an Animal Science degree from KSU before moving to Texas to pursue showing cutting horses. She worked as a loper for a couple of years before then becoming a veterinary technician for an equine performance veterinarian in Weatherford, TX. She was familiar with CCP through her job working as a veterinary technician, so when she wanted to expand her knowledge of medications she applied to CCP. She completed her Pharmacy Technician certification in 2024. Autumn has a dog, Dixie, and her horses that occupy most of her time but she is an avid reader and baker as well.

Shelley Scarbro

Certified Pharmacy Technician

Shelley grew up in Arlington, Texas and had a couple of different career paths while raising her two kids, Trent and Bailee, but for the last 5 years she has been a Pharmacy Technician. She always worked retail and was a senior tech at Walgreens but recently wanted a change of pace in order to spend more time with her family and specifically her grandsons, Boone and Cal. Shelley brings a lot of customer service experience, and even more laughs to all of us every day. Her free time is usually spent with her family; either laughing with the boys or having some girl time with Bailee.

Meet our Sales Representatives

Kristin Williams

Born in Kingman, Arizona, I spent my early years surrounded by the desert and western roots until my family relocated to Southern Alabama for my parents’ careers. I remained there through high school and soon after graduation, I took on the incredible opportunity to serve as Miss Rodeo USA. That year took me all across the country, with Oklahoma City as my home base. When my reign came to a close, I made the move to Texas—and it didn’t take long for it to feel like home. It’s where I’ve built my life, my career, and my family.

I attended Troy University and later furthered my education through the CSU Mare Management program. But truthfully, much of what I know has come from the School of Hard Knocks—learning by doing, working hard, and surrounding myself with some of the best in the industry.

My career in equine pharmaceutical sales is deeply rooted in hands-on experience. I spent years working closely with horse trainers, veterinarians, and equine professionals, which gave me a front-row seat to the real-world needs of this industry. That foundation naturally led me into the world of compounding sales, where I’ve now spent over seven years building relationships, sharing knowledge, and helping clients find solutions that work.

Before stepping into sales, I trained and rode cutting horses for Gary Bellenfant and gained valuable insight into what truly matters to horse owners and trainers. I may not have a long list of speaking engagements or titles, but I’ve earned the trust of the people I work with—and to me, that’s what counts most.

Today, I live in Texas with my husband, Chad Williams, and our son, Owen Buster Williams. We spend much of our time traveling to team ropings and ranch rodeos, and I continue to show cutting horses. I also enjoy thoroughbred racing, running, and soaking up every moment with family and friends.

At the end of the day, my story is built on a deep love for the western lifestyle, a strong work ethic, and a heart for helping others—especially those who share a passion for horses.
